Applications
1. Mainly used for the production of formic acid, oxalic acid, and sodium hydrosulfite.
2. Heavy metal precipitant; used as a reagent, disinfectant and mordant for the determination of phosphorus and arsenic.
3. It is an intermediate used in the production of formic acid and oxalic acid, as well as in the production of dimethylformamide.
4.Used in the pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing industries
5. Used for alkyd resin coatings, plasticizers, high explosives, acid resistant materials, aviation lubricants, and adhesive additives.
6. Used for nickel cobalt alloy electrolyte.
7. In the leather industry, used as a camouflage acid in chromium tanning.
8. Used as a preservative, catalyst, and stabilizing synthetic agent.
