Excellent Industrial Grade K2TiF6 Potassium Fluorotitanate Use in Medical Treatment
Product Description
Potassium fluorotitanate is an inorganic compound that can exist in the form of monohydrate (K2TiF6·H2O).
Potassium fluotitanate can be used to prepare titanium metal. Potassium fluotitanate is a colorless monoclinic flake crystal that loses crystal water at 32 °C. It is soluble in hot water, slightly soluble in cold water and inorganic acids, and insoluble in ammonia. It can be used as a catalyst in polypropylene synthesis.
It can be prepared by neutralizing fluorotitanic acid with potassium hydroxide.

Applications
1. Preparation of titanium alloy: Potassium fluotitanate can be used to prepare titanium alloy, which has the advantages of high strength, high hardness and corrosion resistance.
2. Pharmaceutical intermediates: Potassium fluotitanate can be used to prepare pharmaceutical intermediates, such as antifungal drugs, antimalarial drugs, etc.
3. Coating: Potassium fluotitanate can be used to prepare anti-corrosion coatings, which have good corrosion resistance and water resistance.
4. Glass: Potassium fluotitanate can be used to make heat-resistant glass, which has good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
5. Chemical synthesis: Potassium fluotitanate can be used to prepare other chemical materials, such as cobalt chloride, chlorofluorocarbon, etc.
Storage
Dry and ventilated
Potassium titanate should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid moisture. A humid environment will cause potassium titanate to absorb moisture and agglomerate, affecting its performance. You can choose to store potassium titanate in a well-ventilated warehouse or storage room, and install ventilation equipment to maintain air circulation.
Packing
Sealed packaging
Potassium titanate should be packaged in a sealed package to prevent it from coming into contact with moisture, oxygen and other substances in the air and causing oxidation, moisture absorption and other reactions. You can choose to use plastic bags, plastic barrels, iron barrels and other sealed containers for packaging, and ensure that the packaging is intact.
For example, desiccants, such as silica gel, calcium chloride, etc., can be added to the packaging container to absorb moisture in the air and maintain a dry environment inside the packaging.
